With over 17 years’ experience Daniel is qualified with a diploma in the guild of architectural ironmongery. He attends up to date conferences and shows around the world to ensure Gradans are always one step ahead of the changing market and technology. Daniel will attend site meetings and architect specifications to ensure the products are designed to match the building, within the correct standards, fit for purpose, and within budget.
Matthew’s role in the company is to ensure the wheels run smoothly on a day to day basis. With over 15 years’ experience his dedication and product knowledge ensures anyone visiting the showroom will be welcomed with his expert advice and friendly personal touch .At the front of house Matthew gives clients the confidence they are in professional, safe hands. All the while making sure his skilled teams are always on top of things.
With 10 years’ experience, Darryl has built up a reputation for reliability and conscientiousness while specifying a project always making sure the client understands the products and there functionality while building long lasting relationships with clients. Darryl is very technically minded with all aspects of architectural ironmongery also qualified with a diploma in the guild of architectural ironmongery to further his understating of ironmongery.
Dawn brings organisation to a very busy company, with her “get the job done” attitude. Dawn is the go to girl in the office with any account queries or questions, an expert in sage accounts, excel and intec systems, Dawn ensures all account customers are happy with their account and are up to date with any invoices and statements and always on hand to advise.
With 20 years’ in the industry , Glyn has built a reputation as the “retail guru” having spent many years in the DIY trade having previously worked at Classic Brass. Glyn has a vast knowledge of the retail market and the clients requirements and understands their projects and any problems they may have.
The youngest member of the Gradans team Sam has become a valued member of staff, taking on the challenge to learn and understand over 2000 products within the showroom. One of Sam’s roles is to ensure the goods in and out are picked and packed and delivered on time. This is something Sam takes very seriously, as ironmongery is the one of the last fixings on site, delivery is paramount! Late deliveries can mean late handovers .. But with Sam on the Job rest assured.

When Buddy Boy is not trying to eat from the bins or eating the desks and chairs, he is a great friend and great for company Morale. Buddy Boy is a great way to get the staff to take a break and take Buddy Boy for a walk.
